I
plan to provide detailed information about our family here. I'd
like to make a page with the structure of our family tree. But
I'll need some help from you. I'd like to have a small thumbnail
sized picture of each person's face to put next to their name.
Just like a passport photo, or driver's license sized photo. So,
to make it easier for me, if you could find your favorite picture
of yourself, you can e-mail it to me if its digital and I can
crop your face out of it. If it's a regular picture, you can make
a copy it and mail it to me, then I'll just scan it into the computer.

I'd
also like to create a page dedicated to each family. I thought
it'd be nice to list some of your family's favorite traditions
or things you like to do together. I'd eventually even like to
have a special page for each person as well. We could list stories
you remember about the family, your favorite memory of grandma
or grandpa, things you remember about growing up and being a kid,
things like that. I actually found this great list of questions
online which I'll e-mail to you all. You can answer them all or
whatever you feel comfortable with. I don't want to pressure anyone,
but whatever you want to share would be great. I really like the
idea of favorite stories because everyone always remember different
things and sometimes it's great to relive a memory through someone
else's eyes. I'm also hoping we'll be able to share enlightening
or exciting things about yourselves or our family that some of
us might not know.
With
everyone growing up, moving away and expanding their lives,
the close ties we used to have when we were younger are
stretching. I want to be able to bring us closer together
in whatever way possible, and I feel stories and memories
are the best, especially now that we are spreading out across
the country and don't get to see each other as often as
